Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the rights, responsibilities, limitations, and agreements that govern your presence at Moon Festival 2026. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything contained within this document.

01

Tickets & Registration

All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to someone you bring in your place. Moon Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund in cases of misconduct or misrepresentation.

02

Ticket Validity & Authenticity

Each ticket is valid solely for the dates, tier, and conditions specified at the time of purchase. Tickets obtained through unauthorised third-party sellers, resale platforms, or any channel not sanctioned by Moon Festival will not be honoured at the gate. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to verify the authenticity and validity of their ticket prior to arrival. Moon Festival accepts no liability for tickets that cannot be verified.

03

Ticket & Wristband Exchange

All ticket holders must present a valid ticket at the designated exchange point upon arrival at Moon Festival. A festival wristband will be issued in exchange for each valid ticket. The wristband serves as your pass to enter and move freely within the festival grounds and must be presented upon request by any Moon Festival staff or crew member.

04

Wristband Policy

Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival. Any wristband that is removed, cut, damaged, or tampered with will be considered void and will not be replaced. Should you require a new wristband for any reason, a replacement may be purchased at the gate subject to availability and at the prevailing gate ticket price.

05

GST

All ticket prices, participation fees, and vendor charges are exclusive of tax. A 5% GST is applicable on all transactions and will be reflected at checkout.

06

Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that Moon Festival 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control — including force majeure, government orders, or natural events — Moon Festival will offer a credit toward a future edition. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

07

Code of Conduct

All attendees and participants are expected to engage with respect, care, and awareness. Moon Festival operates a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, substance abuse, or any behaviour that disrupts the safety or sanctity of the event. Please do not litter anywhere on the property — we ask every person here to leave the land cleaner than they found it.

08

Photography & Media

By attending Moon Festival 2026, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and editorial purposes.

09

Personal Belongings & Liability

Moon Festival is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at the venue. Attendees participate in all workshops, performances, and activities at their own risk.

10

Health & Safety

Attendees must inform Moon Festival of any medical conditions or allergies relevant to participation. Moon Festival will have first aid available on-site, but is not liable for any medical incidents arising from participation in activities.

11

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, schedules, and creative materials associated with Moon Festival 2026 are the property of Moon Festival and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12

Site Preservation

The land at Bhakti Kutir is a living ecosystem and we are its guests. All attendees are asked to dispose of waste only at designated collection points, bring reusable bottles and bags, and observe our strict no single-use plastic policy throughout the festival grounds. We came here to be held by this forest — let us hold it in return.

13

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
