Moon Festival 2026 takes place at Bhakti Kutir, Colomb Bay, Palolem, South Goa.
Your wristband is given to you at your accommodation venue on check-in — not at the festival gates. When you arrive in Goa, go directly to your hotel or venue first, check in, drop your luggage, and collect your wristband there. Once you have it, you're free to make your way to the festival.
Parking at the venue is not available. The nearest parking is a 10-minute walk away.
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge. In the event of cancellation by the organiser due to circumstances beyond our control, we offer full credit toward the following year. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
All ticket prices are exclusive of tax. A 5% GST is applicable on all transactions and will be reflected at checkout. Your invoice will reflect the GST breakdown upon purchase.
Moon Festival has no age restriction. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A ticket is required for all attendees aged 5 and above.
No. Moon Festival does not serve alcohol.
Apply via our Facilitator Application page. Include a brief description of your practice, any training or lineage, and links to recordings or testimonials. We curate slowly — expect a 4–6 week response window.

Your ticket includes a 3-night / 4-day stay at your chosen venue, plus full access to all workshops, festival acts, music events, ceremonies, and talks across all three days.
Check-in is at 2 PM on 27th November. Check-out is 30th November at 11 AM.
If you'd like to arrive a day earlier, an Early Check-in add-on for 26th November is available — you can add this when booking your ticket.
Meals can be added on at ₹1,000 per day (₹3,000 total) for 27th, 28th & 29th November — Satvik brunch & dinner included.
5–6 parallel workshops run throughout the festival, and each one is repeated on a different day — so you will always have another chance. There is no pre-registration required; simply show up and choose on the spot. All concerts are open to everyone.
Yes, please bring your own. Yoga mats are not provided at the festival, though you are welcome to purchase one from us on site.
Pack light and move freely — comfortable clothing for workshops, yoga mat, and a reusable water bottle are the essentials. Bring a stole or light jacket for the evenings, swimwear for the beach, and mosquito repellent since the property sits in nature.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice. Approximately two weeks before the festival, we add all attendees to a WhatsApp group where we share the final schedule, a packing checklist, and all important pre-arrival information. This is also where we communicate updates and answer last-minute questions leading up to the event.
Yes. All payments on Moon Festival are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Razorpay uses 256-bit encryption and is PCI DSS compliant, so your transaction is fully secure.

Full access to all workshops, music acts, ceremonies, and talks across all three festival days — 27, 28 & 29 November. Accommodation is not included; you'll need to arrange your own stay nearby.
Add-ons are available with the Stay + Festival Pass only — they are not available for the Festival Only ticket and cannot be booked during the festival. All add-ons must be prebooked at checkout.
Early Check-in · 26 Nov — arrive a day early; inauguration at 7pm that evening. Highly recommended. If you skip this, note that on 27 Nov hotel check-in is only from 2pm — the first workshop begins at 7am that morning. That's a long wait with nowhere to go. Limited spots.
Meals · 27–29 Nov — Satvik brunch & dinner daily, eaten together as a ritual. ₹3,000 total. First 70 only.
Tribal Lunch — cooked by tribal women from the forests of South Goa. ₹650 per day; choose any one day (27, 28 or 29 Nov). 30 per day only.
Ayurvedic Massage — traditional full-body massage. Save ₹300 vs on-site price. First 50 only.

Teraria ◈ Cosy & Calm — best-value AC option. Simple, comfortable, a little further out.
Bhakti Dorm ◈ Community — shared dorm at the festival venue. Great if you're open to it.
