Neutral off-white or cream cover only.
Branding
Hand-painted fabric banners in cream, jute, or brown only.
No Standees
No flex banners, standees, or print-outs.
No Bright Lights
No neon or bright electric lighting.
Vendor Guidelines
A few things we ask
Low Waste
No single-use plastic.
Tend Your Space
Set up on time, pack down clean.
Stay Present
Trade warm, unhurried, generous — the bazaar is part of the festival.
Shopping Bags
Paper or fabric bags only — no plastic.
How to Apply
If you would like to participate as a vendor at Moon Flea, please submit your application by filling the form below before 5 September 2026. Successful applicants will be notified by 25 September 2026.
